Mastermind schedules cooling service in spring and heating service in fall, plus a yearly plumbing check-up. After each visit we explain any problem found and provide a quote before repairs.

- Water heater flush to remove sediment, important with Nevada hard water
- Outdoor hose bibs checked for leaks or loose fittings
- Irrigation system lines checked for leaks
- Hidden leak check using your water meter
- Visible pipes under sinks, behind toilets and in laundry areas, checked for moisture and corrosion
