I called them because of all the good reviews. I'm glad to add my own. According to our previous AC guy, the compressor unit needed to be replaced. Haik took a thorough look at the whole system and found out that only the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, and the AC is now working... for 10% of the estimated cost we got from the other guy.. Will definitely use Haik again.

Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time. Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair. Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. If you live in LV for long you know how tough it can be to find a good contractor so I have given enough time so I can evaluate as accurately as possible. Mastermind installed my new furnace, thermostat, changed air filters, performed A/C maintenance, replaced shower cartridge, over the last several months and Haik has always been responsive/ontime, and FAIR in pricing. Believe me, I got other estimates so I know. His work is excellent and I believe I can trust that he stands by the work. I was able to get financing via a 3rd party but through Mastermind for the furnace so that helped a lot. Being a local business really is a plus also.

Very reliable and honest

Just bought a house in Henderson and was looking for good company to keep our house's HVAC in tip top condition. A friend recommended Mastermind, so we called them. They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and made recommendations. They did not find anything or try to upsell things that we didn't need. We decided to use them to make regular maintenance visits. They do great work and we trust them!

My ac quit blowing cold air out of nowhere. I called Mastermind Mechanical and Haik came out Same Day.!! He found the leak on my outside ac unit. I must add that he found it a lot faster then I thought he would. He repaired the leak and put back the freon. My ac is now blowing cold 🥶 as ever.!! Very grateful for the same day service. My house was 89 degrees and miserable. You can't afford to wait days and days in this Vegas summer heat.! Great customer service and a fair price.! Thanks again Haik..!!

We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We had two other technicians from other companies come out to look at one of our two air-conditioning units located on our two-story roof (Tile) and all they gave us was excuses and reasons why they couldn’t fix it. We reach out to Mastermind Mechanical and not only did they showed up the same day, he diagnosed it in within an hour and had the unit up and running. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 30 years and have had allot of experience with different companies and I would recommend Mastermind Mechanical to all my family and friends.

I called the company based off of the reviews online as I just moved to Las Vegas and didn’t have any referrals to go to when my stove stopped working. I called them at 9 in the morning on a Saturday and they came out that afternoon. The guys were great to talk to and not only fixed my stove perfectly but helped me with some education with my fireplace. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this company, Haik is super knowledgeable, and doesn't quit until the job is done and you are satisfied, I've felt with other companies and most unlike Mastermind Mechanical they try to upsell and do extras that aren't needed, Haik gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Fingers crossed we won't be needing his assistance for a long time to come but I can guarantee if and when we do he will be the one and only one called for service!! Haik arrived earlier than expected for my rental unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me how much it cost to replace the AC motor. He not only replaced the motor but also cleaned up the AC unit and made sure everything was working correctly. My tenant was very happy and called me to tell me that Haik did a great job.
